I'm a native of St. Charles, Missouri, but spent most of my childhood years living in Texas and Oklahoma. Shortly after moving back to Missouri in 2000, I met my wife Heather. Together we have four beautiful, rambunctious kids: Benjamin (14), Olivia (13), Julia (11), and Isaac (9). In 2005 I helped plant Matthias’ Lot Church with my long-time friend Marc Sikma. Four years later I joined with a team to plant Peine Ridge Church. Currently I serve as the Associate Executive Director of PlantMidwest, a diverse movement of church planters gathering throughout six major cities in the U.S. I'm also the Director of Redemption Ranch, a non-profit camp ministry that exist to strengthen families, develop leaders, and serve the greater St. Louis community.
I'm a graduate of Lindenwood University and currently pursuing an M.Div in church planting from Midwestern Theological Seminary. In my spare time, you'll find me trail running, reading books/blogs, coaching baseball, and hunting with my boys.
